The Villa/Lot package offers the convenience of selecting from several existing villa floor plans and choosing the ideal lot on which to begin construction. All villas are within a few minutes' walk to the ocean. There are three floor plans available.


We currently offer two options for a three bedroom villa and one option for a two-bedroom villa:
  • The three bedroom one level villa boasts 1954 sq ft of enclosed living space
  • The three bedroom two level villa is a spacious 2166 sq ft of enclosed living space. That does not include the large 168 sq ft upstairs terrace.
  • The two bedroom villa contains 1693 sq ft of enclosed living space and only comes in the one level option. This villa is limited to selected villa lots. Please review the Master Plan and contact us for details.
It takes approximately 14 to 18 months to construct the villa of your choice. This is an estimate and will depend on weather, upgrades, etc.
